Order Processing
After payment confirmation, the order will be prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with confirmation and the tracking number as soon as the shipment is made.
Note: During festive or holiday periods, preparation and delivery times may be longer than usual due to logistical constraints beyond our operation. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order. Orders above a certain value may benefit from free shipping; please check the current conditions.
Delivery Times
The communicated delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays resulting from factors external to our operation, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, periods of high logistical volume (e.g., Christmas), or other unforeseen situations that may affect carrier service.
Receipt and Verification
Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the packaging and products. If you notice any irregularities, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Additional Fees and Taxes
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and additional taxes. For all orders, these costs will be borne and managed by the customer with the respective customs authority. Lohe is only responsible for sending the necessary documentation for customs clearance.
Promotional Code
During the purchase process, at checkout, you will find a field to enter the Promotional Code. Simply enter the offer code, click "Validate," and it will be automatically applied to the cart. The discount will only be applied if payment is made within the code's validity period.
Changes to Order After Payment
You can contact customer service, who will do their best to help change what you need. However, once the order has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any changes.
