How long does it take to process my order?
Once payment is confirmed, the order will be prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with confirmation and the tracking number as soon as the shipment has been made.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. All items are sent in secure and discreet packaging.
Do you do international deliveries?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer shipping to Portugal and most European Union countries. For other countries, please request a personalised quote via our contact email.
What should I do when I receive my order?
Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the packaging and products. If you notice any irregularities, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over 200€ qualify for free shipping to mainland Portugal.
Can I return an item?
We only accept returns in case of a damaged item upon delivery. The situation must be reported on the day of delivery. Returns due to change of preference are not accepted.
What is the warranty on the jewelry?
All items have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding damage from misuse, improper storage, or natural wear and tear. Gold plating may lose color over time due to external factors.
CARE AND WARRANTY
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in dry places, away from light and humidity. Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, and cleaning products - apply them before putting on your jewelry. Remove them before sleeping, showering, or exercising. Clean regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
Is gold-plating permanent?
No. Gold plating is not permanent, and jewellery with this finish is more delicate and may lose colour over time. Its preservation varies according to contact with chemicals, perspiration, or skin pH. Proper care prolongs the beauty of the pieces.
What is Lohe jewelry's warranty?
All parts have a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, third-party modifications, scratches, or natural wear and tear from use.
What should I do if my jewellery has a defect?
If you detect a manufacturing defect within the 2-year warranty period, please contact us. All parts are carefully checked before shipping, but should unforeseen issues arise, we are available to resolve the situation.
