Legal Warranty
Under Portuguese law, all Atelier Lohe pieces have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Lohe strives to provide a personalised and excellent shopping experience, ensuring that all pieces are carefully checked before shipping. Nevertheless, should unforeseen circumstances arise, we offer a 3-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, excluding damage resulting from:
- Misuse
- Improper storage
- Modifications by third parties
- Scratches or natural wear and tear from use
Right of Rejection
In cases where the lack of conformity manifests itself within 30 days of the delivery of the goods, the consumer may request the immediate replacement of the goods or the termination of the contract.
Important
Due to the nature of the materials, gold plating is not permanent: jewellery with this finish is more delicate and may lose colour over time, a process influenced by external factors such as skin pH, perspiration or contact with chemical products.
